Terms & Conditions (Gino to Jano)

Welcome to Gino to Jano (“the App”), operated by My StockTally Services Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger) to use Gino to Jano.

3.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal or internal business purposes.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful use.
7.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
8.2 Continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra
